The beast with lamblike horns of Revelation 13 will cause all the world to worship the first beast with 7 heads & 10 horns and institute the mark of the beast upon pain of economic boycott, suffering and death.
Who is the beast with lamblike horns of Revelation 13?
The prophetic timeline points unmistakably to the United States of America.
John Wesley in his note on Revelation 13:11 in 1754 speaking of the two horned beast said: "He is not yet come, though he cannot be far off. For he is to appear at the end of the forty two months of the first beast." - John Wesley, Explanatory Notes upon the New Testament, 1791 edition, p. 299. See also Revelation 13 as to the timing of the rise of the two horned beast.
More specifically, the beast of Revelation 13:11- 17 will be instrumental in mingling church craft with state craft when the religious elements of America, the professed Christian Protestant church, makes an image to and of the first beast (union of church & state) and connects with the state government to enforce the dogmas of Papal Rome, the first beast of Revelation 13:1-10.
The first beast with 7 heads and 10 horns represents the Papal Rome. The 7 heads on the beast symbolises the 7 consecutive powers / nations of Bible prophecy. A head is symbolic of a nation, power or kingdom. More specifically, Revelation 13:1-10 is describing the Papal head of that beast, i.e. the one that received a deadly wound which is predicted to heal. "And I saw one of his heads as it were wounded to death; and his deadly wound was healed: and all the world wondered after the beast." Rev 13:3 The word "wondered" according to Strong's Concordance means "to wonder, wonder at, marvel, to be wondered at, to be held in admiration". The overriding impression of the meaning of the Greek "thaumazo" is that the Papal Beast will be admired, held in admiration, marvel, wonder. Despite the immorality of the priests of Rome; the Pope and the Roman church is held in admiration the world over. Even though the systems of the Papacy might degenerate into immoral behaviour with child sex abuse cases etc, the Papacy is admired worldwide and appears to be held in high regard as the spiritual leader of the world.
Two verses & the Mark of the Beast
1. "And they worshipped the dragon which gave power unto the beast: and they worshipped the beast, saying, Who is like unto the beast? who is able to make war with him?" Rev 13:4.
The people who admire and follow the beast will worship the beast. They not only worship / reverence the beast but by doing so will be actually worshipping the dragon, a symbol of the devil and Satan (Rev 12:9). Contrary to popular Roman Catholic belief, it wasn't Christ but the dragon which gave the Papal beast its power seat and great authority. Rev 13:2 Hence the warning in Revelation concerning the worship of the beast and its image - Rev 14:9-11, 16:2, 17:8, 19:20, 20:4
Worship has much to do with a particular day when believers meet to fellowship and worship God, whether it be Sunday for the Catholics and Protestants, Sabbath for the Jews or Friday for the Muslims.
The Papacy being the first beast of Revelation 13:1-10, then the Mark of the Beast is the Mark of the Papacy. Does the Papacy claim to have a Mark? The Papacy claims that the Mark of its authority is that it has changed the day of worship from the 7th day Sabbath of the Bible to Sunday, the first day of the week.

THE LITTLE HORN OF DANIEL 7 AND GOD'S LAW
The Little Horn of Daniel 7 and the first beast of Revelation 13 are one and the same power,
Papal Rome - see Rev 13. Daniel had predicted the little horn would change God's ten commandment law - see Daniel 7:25 The Papacy removed the second commandment dealing with idol worship, split the original 10th commandment into two, maintaining ten in all and changed the day of worship from Saturday, the 7th day Sabbath of Scripture, to Sunday the first day of the week.
THE BEAST WITH LAMB-LIKE HORNS - THE ENFORCER

The United States of America will be instrumental in enforcing the Mark of the beast and will even resort to economic boycott so that none might buy or sell save he that had the Mark of the beast or the name of the beast or the number of his name. Here we see strict adherence in a number of areas in order to persecute those who dissent. Notice Rev 13:12 says he (the second beast - the USA) causeth not only those who dwell on the earth but the EARTH itself to worship the first beast.
WHAT DOES IT MEAN TO CAUSE THE EARTH TO WORSHIP THE FIRST BEAST?
Scripture gives us a clue in that WORSHIP has to do with a particular day ordained for that purpose. As it was in ancient days, the earth or land "enjoyed her Sabbaths" 2Chronicles 36:21, Leviticus 26:34 when she remained unworked on the Sabbath day, i.e. the landed rested and kept Sabbath as well as the people, so by implication laws enforcing the Mark of the beast, will necessarily allow the earth a day of rest "to worship" so to speak, the first beast in that the land or earth will remain unworked.
The United States of America will enforce a Sabbath rest that will allow the Earth to "participate" in the worship of the beast. The Mark of the beast has to do with worship. Worship has to do with a day. The first beast represents Papal Rome, hence the Mark of the beast is the Mark of the Papacy and the day that has to do with worship in that system is SUNDAY, therefore, the ENFORCEMENT of SUNDAY LAWS by the second beast of Revelation 13 constitutes the MARK of the Papal Beast causing the Earth to worship the first beast.
The USA will cause the earth to worship by allowing it to REST on Sunday. No-one has the Mark of the Beast as yet, not until it is enforced and individuals have made the decision for it will they receive the Mark of the Beast spoken of in Revelation 13 & 14.
The dragon of Rev 12:9 is in the process of fulfilling prophecy in that there are BLUE LAWS already on the books of the various states in America and it will not take much to resurrect / enforce those laws. The enforcement of Sunday laws will come by popular demand as we see the land of "the free" decline more and more and become morally bankrupt. The Christian churches of America will lead the way in attempting to force the conscience on the issue of worship.
Enforced SUNDAY LAWS is the MARK of the PAPAL BEAST

THE BEAST WITH LAMB-LIKE HORNS SPEAKS LIKE A DRAGON
Isn't the working of Satan such a marvel to behold? He takes a nation which started off in a very benign way with Christian principles (lamblike horns, i.e. Christlike) and makes it speak as a dragon, a liar and a murderer. John 8:44. The professed Christianity of Revelation 13 both Papal & Protestant is the greatest enemy of mankind regardless of whether its works appear good outwardly. It's motives are actuated by the dragon. Jesus said to the Jews: "Ye are of your father the devil, and the lusts of your father ye will do. He was a murderer from the beginning, and abode not in the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he speaks a lie, he speaketh of his own: for he is a liar, and the father of it". John 8:44 The scripture identifies the dragon as the devil and Satan (Rev 12:9)
The two horned beast speaks as a dragon in Rev 13. It is a liar in enforcing an unscriptural day of worship, the Mark of the Beast, and it is a murderer by enforcing a death decree on those who do not worship the image of the beast. The agitation for Sunday is not new. It has been ongoing, however, has intensified over the years, especially with the last three popes.
Sunday Laws will be passed by popular demand. The push for it has been ongoing. More frequent and severe natural disasters will be an impetus to get people to draw "closer" to God through Sunday legislation.
The Mark of the Beast is enforced Sunday worship.
